B2P Communications joins Barabino & Partners
B2P COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTING EXPANDS ITS SCOPE TO EUROPE BY JOINING BARABINO & PARTNERS THE LEADING ITALIAN COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY, LEADER IN EUROPE AMONG INDEPENDENT FIRMS. THE COMBINATION LEDS TO A STAFF OF 130 PROFESSIONALS SPREADED IN 7 EUROPEAN CITIES PLUS NEW YORK IN THE USA.
New year, strong ambitions. B2P Communications – currently employing some 20 multilingual staff members (French, German, English, Spanish and Italian) in its three offices in Paris, Berlin and Munich – has decided to take the next step by joining Barabino & Partners S.p.A. (B&P), the leading Italian communications agency with fully owned subsidiaries in London, Berlin and New York. The move will enable B2P and B&P to support their clients across Europe while having a bridgehead across the Atlantic, thanks to approximately 130 professionals in 8 offices.
The deal is meaningful from a strategic point of view, since it strengthens the firms’ competitive positioning as Public Relation, Public Affairs and Communication Advisors to European and non-European companies and Groups in key-business and financial markets.
During the initial transition phase, B2P will remain independent and will continue to be led by its founder Bénédicte de Peretti alongside Federico Steiner, Managing Director and Equity Partner of B&P. In B2P, Philipp Lehmann will progressively take over the responsibility for German and international activities of the firm and Frank Paul Weber will especially led the team in Paris. The German company of B&P, Barabino&P. Deutschland GmbH, founded in 2009, will continue to be governed by Partner Laura Bruzzone in a logic of progressive business group synergies, including those feasible in the short and medium term with B&P UK Plc., headed in London by Pietro Como and B&P USA LLC, led in New York by Marco Lastrico.

B&P currently employs around 110 people in 6 offices: Milan, Rome, Genoa, Berlin, London and New York. Together with B2P, the group will employ nearly 130 people with revenues of nearly 19 million Euro ($ 20,5 million).
Few days ago, B&P announced the start, in Italy, of the process of transformation into a Benefit Company.
